Well, for some inexplicable reason, I have decided to become an astrophotographer.

I live in Seattle. The latitude here is very high, the altitude is very low, and the light pollution is very bad. There are many (so many) trees and mountains. Also tall buildings.

I can’t think of anything else Seattle skies are famous for at the moment. Perhaps it will come up!

Join me in finding out.

This is my attempt at isolating one variable and directly comparing results. The only difference (hopefully) here is imaging time. Also, I’m really proud to share the first images from my new camera!
